Production Rates
Production rates are negotiable and can be based on an hourly rate, project rate or a combination thereof. Utilizing an hourly rate gives the client full control over how much time is spent on any aspect of the recording. A project rate puts more control in the producer’s hands when it comes to budgeting time. A project rate gives most people comfort knowing that costs are not going to spiral out of control. However, it is not unusual for client expectations to change during production requiring further negotiations. A "low budget" project requires that almost all decisions after preproduction are the domain of the producer.
Hourly Rate - $65 per hour which includes the studio, engineering, producing and arranging.
Project Rate – requires an in depth assessment of the project including the number of songs, musicians required, expected hours tracking, mixing, mastering… and so on.
